Nitza De La Rosa

Nitza De La Rosa has worked in various roles since 2019. In 2019, they worked at Volkswagen de México as a Personal Management Akademie, managing the HR Academy and providing support to the HR, IT, and Security teams. Nitza also worked in RSC - Comunicación Corporativa, where they were part of the planning and execution of the corporate volunteer program, handled invoices and internal processes, and created presentations and formats for the RSC plan. In 2020, they worked at Barroso Mayorga y Asociados as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they contacted clients, made proposals, and conducted first and in-depth interviews. In 2021, they worked at Universidad Interamericana as a Promotor Educativo, where they promoted the educational offerings from preparatory school to master's degree, participated in educational fairs in Puebla, Veracruz and Tlaxcala, and prospected and contacted potential students. In 2022, they are currently working at Bright Inc as a People OPS Analyst and Energy Expert, where they are a Sales Consultant for Residential Proposals Making, and is working to close seven projects within a three-month trial period.

Nitza De La Rosa completed a Licenciatura en Comunicación e Imagen at Universidad de las Américas Puebla from 2015 to 2019. In 2021, they completed a Diplomado in Gestión de Recursos Humanos at Universidad Xochicalco.
