Nishi Shah

Nishi Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nishi started their career at Universal Hunt as a Business Consultant, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitments, managing a team, and bringing in new clients. Following this, Nishi worked at Spectra Technovision (India) Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive and later as a Senior Executive, where they handled various HR tasks such as payroll processing, CV screening, and policy implementation. Nishi then worked briefly as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Whiz Solutions Ltd - UK. In their most recent position, Nishi served as an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zobi Web Solutions Private Limited. They are currently working at Oizom as a Human Resources Manager.

Nishi Shah completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from HL Institute of Commerce in 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resource from Sri Chimanbhai Patel Institute Of Management and Research, graduating in 2012.
