Nina Reschke

Director, Immunocytokine Research at Bright Peak Therapeutics

Nina Reschke is the current Director of Immunocytokine Research at Bright Peak Therapeutics. Nina has held this position for 9 months. Prior to their current role, they were at Molecular Partners for 3 years and 11 months, where they served as Associate Director of Immuno-Oncology Research, Project Leader/Senior Scientist of Immuno-Oncology Research, and Group Leader. Nina also served as Manager of Pharmacology/Oncology and Emerging Therapies Specialist at Shire for 1 year and 4 months. Additionally, they were a Scientist/Pharmacology at Baxalta Innovations for 2 years and 2 months.

Nina began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where they investigated the tumor microenvironment of prostate cancer and how these components can be used for combinatorial treatment strategies in prostate cancer therapy. Nina was also interested in analyzing how aberrant translation and protein homeostasis contributes to prostate cancer progression. Nina then went on to be a Postdoctoral Fellow at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where they focused on validating epigenetic readers as new promoters and potential drug targets of melanoma biology. Additionally, they were interested in the interplay between melanoma and its microenvironment and characterized immune cell components in the TME with the overall goal to translate these findings into new combinatorial treatment strategies for melanoma therapy.

Nina Reschke has a PhD from the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry and a Diploma from the University of Regensburg. Nina specializes in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology/Genetics.

The team that Nina Reschke works with is the Immunocytokine Research team.
