Ana Vargas has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Ana started their career at Commodity Forwarders Inc. in 2000 as an Accounting - Account Receivables professional. In 2003, they joined Triton International as a Logistics Manager. Ana then moved to L.A. Recruitment in 2005, where they worked as a Talent Manager for a year before transitioning to their long-term position at Bright Star Schools. At Bright Star Schools, Ana has held multiple positions, starting as a Human Resources Operations Manager in 2006 and working their way up to Vice President of Human Resources in 2018. Throughout their time at Bright Star Schools, Ana has held various senior-level roles, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources.

Ana Vargas obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach in the years 1999 to 2003. Ana later pursued a certificate in HR Management from the same university in 2007. Then, from 2014 to 2017, Ana attended Azusa Pacific University to complete their Master of Business Management degree with a concentration in Human Resources.
