Vice President, Global Support Operations at Brightcove

Anna Gené has over a decade of work experience in various roles within the technical support sector. Anna began their career as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Brightcove in 2010 and progressed to Senior Customer Solutions Specialist and Customer Support Team Leader for EMEA. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager of Technical Support EMEA before becoming the Director of Technical Support EMEA & APAC in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Anna served as the Senior Director of Technical Support. Anna ultimately rose to the position of Vice President, Global Support Operations at Brightcove in July 2017. Prior to working at Brightcove, Anna was the Support Manager at Jamkit from 2008 to 2010 and a Senior Developer at openTrends from 2006 to 2007.

Anna Gené completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science, specializing in Sound & Image, from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. This education was attained from 2001 to 2006.
