Shwetha Anandan

Shwetha Anandan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Talent Development at Brightcove where they led and launched the talent development department and implemented standardized processes. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Organizational Change Management at Takeda, driving transformative change during the acquisition of Shire. Shwetha also held multiple roles at John Hancock Financial Services, where they contributed significantly to project management, strategy creation, team leadership, and training and development. Shwetha also gained experience as a Licensing Associate and New Business Analyst. Earlier in their career, Shwetha worked as a Residential Counselor at Cascap, Inc., and an Intern at Gateway Arts.
