Kathleen Marincic has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations since 2011. Currently serving as Team Lead, Customer Success at BrightEdge since 2019, Kathleen previously held management roles at BrandMuscle, where responsibilities included implementing solutions for high-profile clients and overseeing creative development for significant advertising campaigns. Earlier roles included positions at ImPRessions, with a focus on internal communications and account supervision, as well as internships in marketing and public relations at The Cleveland Foundation, PR Newswire, and The Cleveland Gladiators. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in Strategic Communications from Ohio University.
