Mina Y. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mina. started their career at the Chicago State Senator Campaign as a Lead Intern, where they engaged with voters and assisted with campaign organization. After that, Mina joined AIESEC Northwestern University as part of the OGX team, responsible for recruiting students for internships. Mina. then worked at Winsby Inc as a Marketing Analyst and Lead Generation specialist, where they cold-called and qualified leads in various industries. Mina later joined MSDSonline as an Account Executive and Consultant, achieving over 100% of their base licensing quota. Following that, they joined BrightEdge, initially as an Enterprise Account Executive and later as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. Mina then transitioned into managerial roles at BrightEdge, serving as the EMEA Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager EMEA, and currently holding the position of Director of Sales EMEA. In their leadership roles, they played a crucial role in growing and transforming the EMEA region, achieving significant revenue growth and coaching a successful sales team.
Mina. Y. completed their high school education at Lincoln Park High School, where they earned a Double Honors High School Diploma from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they attended DePaul University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a BA degree with a double major in Political Science and German. In 2011 to 2012, Mina took the opportunity to study at The University of Bonn, focusing on Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
