Payton Spencer has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Starting in 2014 as an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life, Spencer built a clientele base and proposed solutions for clients. In 2015, Spencer worked as an Account Executive at Birch Communications, selling complex products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. Later that year, Spencer joined HighGround, starting as a Sales Development Representative and eventually becoming a Sales Development Manager and a Sales Development Team Lead. HighGround specialized in employee engagement through their SaaS platform.
In 2019, Spencer joined Mind Gym as a Regional Client Manager, where they crafted learning experiences and employee communications, combining psychology and consumer marketing to instigate long-lasting behavior change. Also in 2019, Spencer transitioned to Catalytic as a Sales Development Manager. Finally, in 2021, Spencer became a Sr. Manager of Sales Development at BrightEdge.
Payton Spencer attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
