Nikki Fernandez

Nikki Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nikki currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Operations & Analytics at BrightFarms, where they have been since 2019. In this role, Nikki has made significant contributions to the company's growth by leading a strategic initiative that transformed the product portfolio, customer/pricing strategy, and standardized processes across all farms.

Before joining BrightFarms, Nikki worked as the Finance Director at the same company from 2019 to 2022. During this time, they played a crucial role in overhauling the company's strategic initiatives, leading to a 20% increase in capacity. Nikki also rebuilt the deal models to incorporate insights gained from the strategic initiative.
