Matthew Martorano

Matthew Martorano is currently working as the Director of Learning and Development at BrightFarms since December 2022. From November 2018 to January 2022, they served as the Training and Development Manager at Sharp Electronics Corporation USA. Before that, from May 2018 to November 2018, they were a Senior Training And Development Specialist at SUEZ, where they were responsible for designing and managing the universal training strategy. From December 2016 to May 2018, they served as a Training and Development Specialist at SUEZ, where they conducted training needs analysis and designed and delivered job-specific learning programs. Prior to that, from December 2014 to December 2016, they worked as a Curriculum and Content Specialist at Barnes & Noble, where they managed publications and collaborated with various stakeholders. Matthew also served as a Training Specialist at Barnes & Noble from August 2013 to December 2014, where they designed and delivered training programs. Matthew Martorano started their professional career as a Financial Consultant at PNC from September 2012 to August 2013, where they marketed PNC financial services and delivered policy and procedure training.

Matthew Martorano attended Western Governors University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Coaching Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in November 2018, a Master Trainer Certification in March 2018, and a Training Certification in July 2015, all from the ATD institution.
