Eric Overman

Eric Overman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Eric is currently the Vice President of Internal Audit at Bright Health, where they lead the design and implementation of internal controls and participates in key business activities. Prior to this, Eric worked at EY for 18 years, starting as a Senior Auditor and progressing to Managing Director. In these roles, they managed client accounts, built relationships with executives, and sold EY services to new clients. Eric also worked as a high school lacrosse coach for 17 seasons, where they mentored and taught young athletes about teamwork and leadership. Overall, Eric has a strong background in audit, client management, and leadership.

Eric Overman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Eric also completed the Leadership Development Program from Harvard University. In addition to their degrees, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification obtained from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in April 2000.
