Msol Scott Rau

Scott Rau, MSOL has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott began their career at Marconi Communication as a Senior Test Technician, where they gained valuable problem-solving skills and learned to identify root issues to implement lasting solutions. Scott then joined Manpower as a Staffing Specialist before moving on to the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute as a Senior Admission Representative. At Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, Scott held various positions including Learning & Development Specialist, Practical Training & Development Manager, Director of Admissions/Admissions Management, and Assistant Director of Admissions/Admissions Representative. During their time at Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, Scott accomplished notable achievements such as designing and executing a training program for a global CRM system, developing 400 staff members responsible for $200 million in sales revenue annually, and implementing quality service standards to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Currently, Scott is working at Bright Health as the Director of Learning and Development, where they oversee the training and development of the organization's employees.

Scott Rau, MSOL holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. Scott obtained this degree from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Argosy University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Scott also holds an Associate's degree in Communications Systems Management, which they obtained from ICM School of Business between 1999 and 2002. In addition, they have a Diploma in Web Design from The Art Institutes, although the specific dates for this diploma are unknown.
