Rocky de Luna has held various roles in companies such as Bright Health, JUUL Labs, CBRE, and Exeter Finance Corp. Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Bright Health, Rocky has a background in developing training programs for financial institutions. With a BS in Sociology from University of North Texas and currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas, Rocky has a strong educational foundation to support their role in training and development.
