Micah Dowling

Micah Dowling has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Micah started their career at Amphenol RF as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on benefits and employee relations. Micah then moved on to Reader's Digest Association, where they held various HR roles, including Manager of HR Planning and Development, Benefits Administrator, and Vice President of HR for QSP, Inc. After that, Micah joined Cyberian Outpost Inc as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they managed the HR function and revamped the benefits program. Micah later worked at PerkinElmer, Inc. as a Manager of Human Resources, supporting employees in manufacturing, product development, and global services. Micah then rejoined Reader's Digest as the Vice President of HR for QSP, Inc., serving as a business partner to senior management and overseeing the HR functions for the organization. Prior to their current role, Micah worked at Time Inc. in multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President of HR for QSP, Inc., Vice President of HR for four remote subsidiaries, and Senior Vice President of HR and Total Rewards. Their most recent position is the Head of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll at Brighthouse Financial, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to talent acquisition, motivation, and retention.

Micah Dowling holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Southern Connecticut State University. Additionally, Micah has obtained certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WORLD AT WORK LIMITED and is VOICES Certified, Leadership Architect from Lominger International.
