Ronald Banda

Ronald Banda is the current Head of Finance at BrightHR. Prior to this, they were a Management Accountant at Peninsula Business Services from March 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they were a Financial Accountant at Kellogg Company from November 2013 to March 2016, and at SPX Hydraulic Technologies from June 2012 to November 2013. Ronald started their career as a Financial Accountant at Tyco Fire Products in October 2011.

Ronald Banda graduated from BPP University with a degree in accounting and finance. Ronald then went on to earn their Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation.

They work with Alastair Brown - CTO, Andrew Gorry - Chief Digital Growth Officer. Ronald Banda reports to Alan P., CEO.
