Joe Heineman began their work experience in 2018 at Risk Theory, where they served as an Underwriting Assistant and later as an Account Executive. Their role at Risk Theory involved providing clerical and administrative support, as well as assessing risks and contributing to innovative underwriting techniques. In 2021, they joined Brightline Dealer Advisors as a Vice President, where they focus on F&I, P&C, and Employee Benefits for auto dealers, aiming to create a competitive advantage and establish satisfied customers.
Joe Heineman attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Risk Management and Insurance. Prior to that, they attended Weatherford College from 2014 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Additionally, Joe Heineman has obtained various certifications, including an F&I Specialist certification from Automotive Compliance Education (ACE) in November 2021 and certifications in Life, Accident, Health, and HMO, as well as Property and Casualty General Lines from the Texas Department of Insurance in December 2019.
