Robert Dough is the Vice President of Production and Partnerships at Brightline Interactive. Robert has over 25 years of experience in the experiential marketing industry, working with some of the biggest brands in the world including Home Depot, Dodge, ESPN, Bank of America, Marriott, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Scotts Lawn Care, and Coca-Cola.

Robert started their career in 1995 as an Event Coordinator at sbExperiential, LLC. Robert quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Program Manager overseeing all experiential media campaigns for the company. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of event coordinators and executing campaigns at major national events like the Super Bowl, X-Games, and MLB All-Star game.

In 2019, Robert left sbExperiential to join Spark Medical Marketing as their Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for growing the company's presence in the healthcare industry by developing relationships with key decision makers at hospitals and clinics across the country.

In 2020, Robert returned to Brightline Interactive as their Vice President of Production and Partnerships. In this role, they oversee all aspects of production for the company's award-winning interactive experiences. Robert also manages Brightline's partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands.

Robert Dough studied communication and media studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Robert also has a certification in Asana from the Certificate of Completion.

Robert Dough reports to Tyler Gates, CEO & Managing Partner. They work with Alexandra Mellinger - VP, Strategic Growth, Chris Crismond - Director, Development, and Rob Madelmayer - VP, Global XR Sales. A direct report to Robert Dough is and Piper Montesi - Production Assistant.
