Alem Aga

Alem Aga has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse range of roles in data management, engineering, business intelligence, and marketing. Currently, Alem Aga is serving as the Senior Director of Data Management and Engineering at Brightline Trains since 2022. Prior to that, Alem worked as an Engineering Manager at Simon Data from 2021 to 2022. Alem Aga also held various positions at Travel + Leisure Co., including Director of Business Intelligence and Data Engineering, Director of Database Marketing and Solutions, Manager of Database Marketing and Campaign Management, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Alem Aga has also worked as a Business Intelligence Business Analyst at iGPS, a Business Intelligence Consultant at MicroStrategy, a Business Intelligence Consultant/Business Analyst at Orange County Government, and a Managing Member/Partner at iInception LLC. Alem Aga began their career as a Consultant/Analyst at Accenture LLP and as a Technical Engineer at Business Objects S.A(now SAP).

Alem Aga obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Information Systems from Florida State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Recently, in July 2021, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance.
