Lauren Lucash is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in learning and development, particularly within the hospitality and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture Experience and Learning and Development Manager at Brightline Trains, Lauren has successfully led the development of a comprehensive learning strategy and overseen the launch of Brightline University. Previously at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Lauren held roles including Assistant Director of Training and Performance Improvement, where skills in performance enhancement and team development were honed, supporting an organization of 2,300 personnel. Additional experience includes roles as a Quality Improvement Specialist and Executive Assistant at Fontainebleau, alongside an early career as an Admissions Events Assistant at Johnson & Wales University. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.
