Elias El Hajj

Senior Manager of Digital Operations at BrightLine

Elias El Hajj has over 15 years of professional work experience. In 2005, they began their career as a Web Developer at SWELPIX. Two years later, in 2007, they took on a similar role at UNDP. In 2009, they moved to Swelpix Interactive Agency as a Technical Project Manager. In 2010, they joined Diwanee as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Head of Support & Maintenance. In 2016, they became an Ad Operations & Monetization Manager at Coddict. In 2017, they were appointed as the Director - Head of Operations Programmatic at Omnicom Media Group (MENA). In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Digital at Press & Smile. Currently, they are working as a Digital Operations Manager and Ad Operations Lead at BrightLine.

Elias El Hajj is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, which they began in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2021. Elias is also studying for a Postgraduate Extended Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge International Qualifications, which they began in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2022. Elias El Hajj also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from American University of Technology, which they began in 2005.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Elias El Hajj also holds several certifications. These include an Introduction to Programmatic Supply and Publisher Monetisation from THE PROGRAMMATIC ADVISORY LIMITED, obtained in September 2022; a Certified Sales and Marketing Professional from Chartered Management Institute, obtained in January 2021; a Yahoo Gemini from Yahoo, obtained in February 2018; a Trading Academy - Programmatic Certification from The Trade Desk, Inc., obtained in December 2017; a Display & Video 360 Certification from Google, obtained in May 2017; and DoubleClick Studio Certified in Flash, HTML5, QA, and YouTube Mastheads, obtained in June 2015. Elias also holds DFP Fundamentals for Administrators and Traffickers from DoubleClick, obtained in February 2015, and an AdWords Fundamentals from Google, obtained in July 2016.
