Aleksandra Peters

Aleksandra Peters is the current Head of People at Brightline. Prior to Brightline, Aleksandra Peters served as the Head of People and Head of Program Management at Airtable from January 2019 to December 2021. At Airtable, Aleksandra was responsible for democratizing software creation and enabling people and companies to create custom applications on their own, regardless of technical experience.

Before joining Airtable, Aleksandra Peters worked as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company from January 2010 to December 2019. During their time at Bain, Aleksandra worked with a variety of clients in the insurance and financial services industries on a range of strategic and operational issues.

Aleksandra began their career in the actuarial field, first as an intern at Hartford Life in 2003 and then as an Actuarial Associate at Mercer from 2004 to 2008.

Aleksandra Peters is a graduate of Smith College, where they earned their BA in Mathematics.

Aleksandra Peters attended Bryant University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business administration and applied actuarial mathematics. Aleksandra then went on to earn their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Peters is also certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
