Karli Fallos

Karli Fallos has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. In 2006, they started their career at AT&T as a Retail Service Support until 2010. Then, they joined TD as a Team Manager from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Karli worked at L.L.Bean, first as a Frontline Supervisor - Problem Resolution and later as a Senior Supervisor of Customer Satisfaction. After that, they joined Grand Rounds Health as a Care Coordinator Manager from 2018 to 2019, and later as a Senior Manager, Member Care from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Karli became the Company Owner of TrueNorth207. Currently, they hold a position at Brightline as the VP, Member and Care Operations, where they had previously served as the Director of Member Support from June 2021 to September 2022, and then as the Senior Director of Member Support from September 2022 until the present time.

Karli Fallos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Roger Williams University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
