Mike Pack

Mike Pack has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mike is currently the Director of Engineering at Brightline, where they oversee engineering projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at the same company.

Before joining Brightline, Mike worked as a Freelance Engineering Leader at Spacebar Ltd from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they provided software engineering services to various clients, helping them scale their products and teams. Mike also had personal achievements such as building an online training platform for a suicide prevention organization and designing a high-throughput message broker for a telemedicine startup.

In 2016, Mike briefly served as the CTO at 2Win!, where they led a development team and implemented Salesforce integration for customers. Prior to that, they worked as the Director/Developer at Mode Set from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for managing and developing projects.

Mike also has experience as a Freelance Software Engineer, operating under their own company, Mike Pack Development LLC. From 2010 to 2016, they engaged in cutting-edge development, pushing the boundaries of browser technology and delivering high-quality products.

Earlier in their career, Mike held positions such as Lead Application Developer at Factory Code Labs, Software Engineering Intern at Foraker Design, and Software Engineer at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mike also co-founded Wear The Party, a clothing company that developed into a referral rewards platform.

Mike's educational background includes working as a Software Engineer in the Geometric and Intelligent Computing Laboratory at Drexel University from 2006 to 2007.

Mike Pack has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Drexel University from 2005 to 2007, also for a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
