Grace Balestrieri

Grace Balestrieri is an accomplished Senior Director of Client Experience Operations at Brighton Jones, with extensive experience in support operations and client engagement. Prior to joining Brighton Jones in April 2025, Grace served as the Director of Support Operations at Outreach, overseeing a global support team during significant revenue growth and achieving Unicorn status. Grace's career includes various leadership roles at Epic, where responsibilities ranged from directing laboratory application implementations to managing customer success strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Command Transportation and as a Commodity Trading Intern at ADM. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a graduate of the "The Bridge: Board Training" program through Seattle Works.
