Jaime Schmitz

Jaime Schmitz, MSW, is a dedicated facilitator with extensive experience in mental health, education, and organizational training. As the Learning & Development Manager at Brightpoint, Jaime guides staff learning initiatives and supports various engagement efforts. In addition to this role, Jaime serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago, focusing on mental health issues with children and adolescents. Previously, Jamie worked in crisis response, youth development, and restorative justice, promoting inclusive and trauma-informed practices. Passionate about nature, Jaime enjoys hiking and nurturing a growing plant collection in their free time.
