June Feld

June Feld has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and HR analytics. June is currently working at Brightside Health as a Senior Data Scientist. Prior to this, June founded and served as the Chief Executive of HRai Labs, where they provided monitoring services for equity in pay, hiring, promotions, and M&As, as well as talent advisory consulting for medium and large businesses.

June has also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Heidrick & Struggles, where they designed AI/ML product roadmaps, developed generative AI applications, and designed team operating models and MLOps technology stack. June has also worked at Dell Technologies as a Data Scientist & Technical Manager, where they acted as a technical lead over a team of data scientists and partnered with data ops and architecture organizations to improve data models and service delivery.

Before that, June worked at NVIDIA as the Reporting and Analytics Lead for Recruiting, where they developed and scaled the recruiting analytics practice and performed full-stack data analytics. June has also worked at Stanford University as an Organizational Insight Analyst, where they designed and evolved the HR Insights program, analyzed employee data, and developed reporting architecture solutions.

June's earlier experience includes roles at Silicon Valley Bank as an HR Operations Analyst and HRIS Analyst III, at Goldman Sachs as an HCM Senior Analyst, and again at Silicon Valley Bank as a Compensation Analyst and HR Operations and Compliance Analyst. June was responsible for deep analytical reporting and data modeling support, report creation, and self-service dashboarding.

June began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in data science, HR analytics, and leadership roles throughout their career.

June Feld received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Utah in 2006. June then went on to complete their Masters in Public Administration at Brigham Young University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to their university studies, June enrolled in The Kiski School from 1997 to 2001, but did not obtain a degree or specify their field of study during that period.
