Katherine Autin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Katherine currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Brightside, a digital mental healthcare company. During their time there, they streamlined and standardized nursing unit-based scorecards, developed cost variance analyses and productivity reports for medical/surgical units, and initiated collaborative efforts to implement hospice beds for optimizing patient care and reimbursement.

Katherine's career in healthcare began as a Program Coordinator at the Center for Healthcare Research and Transformation (CHRT) from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they managed outreach efforts with the Washtenaw Health Initiative, assisting underserved communities in understanding their insurance options under the Affordable Care Act. Katherine also tracked and reported data on the impact of outreach activities in surrounding communities.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Katherine has obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2023.
