Ratin Revi Thekkethil is an experienced professional in customer experience and operational leadership, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at BrightSign LLC since June 2023. Previously, Ratin held various leadership roles at Meta, where a global team of over 130 resources was managed, focusing on high-quality collaboration tools, and at BlueJeans by Verizon, leading the voice business strategy. Additional experience includes operations leadership at Twilio Inc., managing voice traffic operations, and a decade at Cisco in various capacities, including Operations Manager and Video Lead, where global deployment of collaboration applications was spearheaded. Ratin holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology.
