Kayleen Walsh is an accomplished leader in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at BrightSky Australia since March 2024. Previously, Kayleen held the role of Nespresso CRC B2C & B2B Unit Operations Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA from January 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing contact center processes and ensuring exceptional customer service in the AU/NZ market. Prior roles include Team Leader at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, where management of a customer relations team was emphasized, and Census Field Manager at the Australian Bureau of Statistics, leading a team of Field Officers. Kayleen's extensive tenure at Flight Centre Travel Group from 2006 to 2020 saw various leadership positions, culminating as State Sales and Operations Leader, where a $350 million wholesale travel business was managed. Kayleen's educational background includes studies at the University of Wollongong.
