Stephanie Hilburn

Stephanie Hilburn, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Leadership and Competence Specialist at IKEA since May 2024. Prior experience includes a Manager of Engagement role at Jefferson Health Plans from May 2016 to February 2024, where significant achievements included establishing an employee engagement team, co-leading the Lunch and Learn initiative, co-founding a DEI committee, and advancing two direct reports into leadership positions. Prior roles at Wells Fargo, Apple, and AMC Theatres provided a diverse foundation in customer service and management. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from West Chester University, a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Holy Family University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from La Salle University.
