Justin Rehrer

Justin Rehrer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justin is currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Strategy & Execution at Brightspeed since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Real Estate Manager from August 2017 to June 2022.

In their earlier career, Justin served in the Tennessee Army National Guard, holding positions such as Battalion Plans Officer, Brigade Civil Engineer, and Environmental Officer from October 2018 to November 2021, October 2015 to October 2018, and April 2012 to October 2015, respectively.

Justin also worked at the Tennessee Department of Military as the Chief of Design and Project Management from February 2015 to August 2017, and at ExxonMobil as an Operations Geologist Intern from May 2014 to February 2015.

Before that, Justin gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee from January 2011 to May 2014. Justin also served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a Platoon Leader from August 2009 to April 2012, and as a Heavy Equipment Operator from October 2004 to August 2009.

Justin started their career as a Geologist at Kleinfelder from August 2009 to November 2010. Additionally, they served as a Team Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army from October 2000 to October 2004.

Justin Rehrer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2007 and 2009. Justin then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Structural Geology/Tectonics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2011 to 2014.
