Falisha Indarjit

Falisha Indarjit, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at BrightSpire Capital, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Falisha held the position of HR Generalist at Colony Capital, Inc. from June 2018 to May 2021, and before that, worked as a Jr. HR Generalist at LeFrak from October 2015 to June 2018. Early in the career, Falisha was a Human Resources Assistant at PEAR Core Solutions, Inc. and completed a Human Resources Internship at Phoenix House. Falisha Indarjit earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from CUNY York College.
