John Topalanchik

John Topalanchik has extensive experience in the field of medical reviews and counseling, serving as the Director of Medical Reviews at ResCare since February 1985. Prior to this role, John worked as a Vocational Counselor at Action Review Group from February 1982 to February 1985. John holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of Scranton, obtained between 1979 and 1982, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the same institution, completed in 1978. John is a graduate of Bishop O'Hara High School in Dunmore, PA, class of 1974.
