Meghan Juday is a speaker, author, family business, and corporate governance advocate. She understands what helps family businesses thrive and survive and makes it her mission to share this know-how with the family business community.

An enthusiastic champion for family businesses, Meghan draws on her experience as a fourth-generation leader and Chairman of the Board at IDEAL Industries, a 105-year-old family business in its fifth generation of ownership. She sits on the board for NACD Private Company Directorship, Family Business Magazine, Private Directors Association Advisory Board, and writes for Private Director and Family Business Magazine and other publications.

Her consultant work focuses on family and corporate governance. Meghan served as the director of the family business center at St. Joseph’s University and founded The Lodis Forum, a peer group for female board chairs.
