Allison Roy

Allison Roy has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Allison worked at Outsourced Legal Services, LLC as an Administrative Assistant from July 2011 to August 2013, where they provided front office administration and support to the executive manager. Their responsibilities included client management, CRM entry, letter drafting, and event management.

From September 2013 to the present, Allison worked at Integrative Health Management of Florida, Inc. as a Legal Coordinator and HIPAA Privacy Officer. In this role, they supported executive staff, shareholders, and various teams in legal operations. Allison served as the sole administrator and handled tasks related to legal operations for a group of small and mid-sized organizations in the healthcare industry.

In October 2022, Allison joined BrightStar Care as the Manager of Franchise Administration. Their role involves delivering efficient and high-quality information to internal departments, franchisees, and partners. Allison is responsible for managing contracts, processes, and facilitating changes throughout the network.

Allison Roy completed their Associate of Arts degree at Palm Beach State College from 2019 to 2021. During that time, they did not have a specified field of study. In 2020, they attended Purdue University to obtain a certification in Project Management Essentials. Additionally, in March 2022, Allison earned a Certified HIPAA Privacy & Security Expert (CHPSE) certification from the Supremus Group.
