Amber Boyle, MBA has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber started their career as a High School Spanish Teacher and Foreign Language Department Head at Bay Area School of Enterprise in 2003. Amber then moved on to work as an Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Genstar Capital, where they provided support for financial projects and investor relations. In 2005, Amber joined Geographic Expeditions as the Japan and Turkey Director, managing a $3 million portfolio and establishing contracts with overseas partners. Amber continued their career in the travel industry by working at Putney Student Travel as a Trip Leader, leading students on adventure trips and language learning programs.

Amber's next role was at Travcoa, where they served as the Custom Journey Planner, Tour Director, and Sustainable Development Manager. Amber focused on integrating sustainable practices into tour itineraries and collaborated with suppliers to meet measurable standards. Amber then joined Harbor Breeze Cruises as the Vice President, overseeing company growth, expanding to new ports, and providing strategic direction for various teams.

In 2017, Amber joined Insight Vacations as the Group Sales Manager, leading the relocation of the group sales team and implementing in-house quoting for custom groups. Amber later joined The Travel Corporation as the Senior Custom Groups Manager, earning recognition for their sales achievements and commitment to community service.

Amber's most recent position is at Orange County Social Services Agency as a Resource Parent Caregiver, providing respite for foster youth caregivers and managing the appointments and care for foster youth placed in their home. Currently, they are working as the Director of Recruitment at BrightStar Care, where they have achieved significant increases in caregiver and nurse hires.

Throughout their career, Amber has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and organizational skills, and has been recognized for their commitment to community service and sustainability.

Amber Boyle, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Webster University, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1999 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Cultural Anthropology. In addition to their academic achievements, Amber has also obtained certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2022 and in CPR (adult, child, infant, AED) & First Aid Basic from A-B-CPR in March 2021.
