Monica Sidor

Director, Local Marketing And Communications at BrightStar Care

Monica Sidor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Monica began their career as a Brand Marketing Communications Intern at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in 2010. This was followed by a Marketing Internship at Filligent (HK) Limited in 2011.

In 2012, Monica joined Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA as an Associate Brand Manager, where they focused on video and photography strategy, PR, and brand communication. Monica later transitioned to a Campaign Marketing Manager role, leading various marketing campaigns. From 2014 to 2016, Monica served as a Channel Marketing Manager, working with key customers and managing pricing policies. During this time, they also participated in cross-functional Agile teams for product development.

In 2018, Monica joined Fellowes Brands as a Global Marketing Manager. Monica was responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business plan for the Shredder category and managing retail and eCommerce accounts.

Since 2019, Monica has been working at BrightStar Care, first as a Senior Local Marketing Manager and now as the Director of Local Marketing and Communications. In these roles, they have developed and executed internal communication strategies, driven local marketing innovation, managed PR efforts, and led marketing initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout their career, Monica has demonstrated their expertise in marketing strategy, communication, retail management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Monica Sidor attended Kalamazoo College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Monica graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) and specialized in Business and Chinese as their field of study.
