Troy Dahman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Troy started their career in 2004 at BioBridge Global as the Manager of Donor Services, Fixed Site Operations, where they served until 2013. In this role, they managed the donor services department at fixed site locations.

Following that, Troy worked at Grifols as a Center Manager from 2013 to 2015. As the General Manager, they had full oversight of the profit and loss (P&L) of a source plasma operation. Troy successfully managed center production, efficiency, and community relations while ensuring compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
