Troy Dahman

Troy Dahman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Troy started their career in 2004 at BioBridge Global as the Manager of Donor Services, Fixed Site Operations, where they served until 2013. In this role, they managed the donor services department at fixed site locations.

Following that, Troy worked at Grifols as a Center Manager from 2013 to 2015. As the General Manager, they had full oversight of the profit and loss (P&L) of a source plasma operation. Troy successfully managed center production, efficiency, and community relations while ensuring compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.

In 2015, Troy joined United Blood Services as the Regional Director of Field Operations. Troy held this position for a brief period from October 2015 to February 2016.

Subsequently, Troy took on the role of Center Director at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. from April 2016 to June 2017.

In 2019, Troy joined BrightStar Care, where they have held various roles. Troy started as a Human Resources Recruiter, responsible for full cycle recruiting and using various recruiting portals. Troy later transitioned to the position of Human Resources Manager and Business Development Officer from March 2021 to June 2022. Currently, Troy serves as the Business Development Manager, leveraging their expertise in both human resources and business development.

Troy Dahman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Waldorf University, which they obtained before 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they have acquired a Notary Public certification from Texas Notary Public in September 2022. Moreover, Troy has undertaken training such as the Train the Trainer program at San Antonio College (SAC) and the iSpeak Foundation Series at iSpeak, Inc.
