Zack Woods

Zack Woods has a strong background in sales and business coaching. Zack began their career in 2006 as a Sales Associate at Stryker and then moved on to Omni Home Health Care, where they worked as a Senior Sales Rep from 2009 to 2012. Zack then joined Care Connection of Cincinnati as a Sales Rep from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been with BrightStar Care, starting as a Business Coach, Field Support and currently serving as the Vice President Field Operations. In their roles at BrightStar Care, Zack has been responsible for helping franchisees grow sales, profits, and improve client-care, as well as analyzing key performance indicators and providing strategic business coaching. Zack has developed strong professional relationships with franchisees and has helped build a positive reputation for the BrightStar Care brand.

Zack Woods attended Kings High School, although the specific years are unknown. Following their high school education, they enrolled in Miami University, where they pursued a degree in Sports Studies from 2000 to 2004. After completing their undergraduate studies, Zack went on to Xavier University, where they earned a Masters degree in Sports Management from 2004 to 2006.
