Cindy Hartman

Cindy Hartman currently serves as the Head of Global HR Services at Brightstar Lottery, a position held since December 2016, focusing on enhancing customer experience, data quality, and digital transformation within the Global Shared Services team. Prior to this role, Cindy was the Director of HR Services at IGT from January 2011 to December 2016, where strategy and direction for the Global HR Shared Service Center were established, along with oversight of Employee Relations in North America and Canada. Earlier in Cindy's career, a Director of Human Resources position was held at MGM Resorts International from January 1990 to August 2010, where governance of training, development, and employee relations was provided. Training expertise was also demonstrated as Director of Training at various hotel properties. Cindy holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
