Steven Duncan

Vice President, Global Product Operations at Brightstar

Steven Duncan has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Steven started their career at Sprint in 2004, where they served as an Indirect Sales Manager, overseeing national retail accounts in various locations. During their time at Sprint, they also led the launch of Best Buy mobile locations.

In 2009, they joined Wireless Advocates as a District Manager, managing kiosk operations across multiple military installations. Steven developed standard operating procedures and ensured successful kiosk launches.

In 2012, Steven joined Brightstar Corp. as the Director of Account Management, where they managed a team of account managers and focused on client needs and revenue growth. Steven later became the Director of the Sprint Account General Manager, overseeing the launch of prepaid and postpaid tablet device protection programs. Steven was responsible for program operations and financial management.

In 2016, Steven became the Senior Director of Business Transformation at Brightstar Corp., where they led the migration of 3 million consumers to a web-based platform. Steven also designed and executed Brightstar's next-generation platform across multiple regions.

Currently, Steven serves as the Vice President of Global Product Operations at Brightstar Corp. In this role, they direct global product operations and manages personnel across the United States, Norway, and the UK. Steven is responsible for providing property and casualty insurance programs for wireless devices.

From 1993 to 1996, Steven Duncan attended the University of Alabama, where they studied Telecommunications and Film.
