Vince Ciccolini

Vince Ciccolini has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and positions. Vince started their career at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co, a global manufacturer, where they held various roles and was responsible for rebuilding the global internal audit function. During their time at Goodyear, they also led independent counsel related to an SEC investigation and financial restatement.

Following their tenure at Goodyear, Vince joined Johnson Controls, a global manufacturing and technology company. Vince held multiple roles at Johnson Controls, including Vice President of Finance for various regions and Business Unit CFO for a $3.5 billion international business. Vince was recognized for their leadership excellence with the Chairman's Award.

Vince then joined Hertz, a subsidiary of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., where they served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Hertz operates numerous corporate and franchisee locations worldwide, generating annual revenues exceeding $9 billion.

Most recently, Vince served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Brightstar Corp., a privately held wireless corporation. In this role, they led the finance and accounting functions for the company, which serves over 200 carriers, 40,000+ retailers, and 15,000+ enterprise customers in more than 40 countries.

Currently, Vince holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Signet Jewelers, where they oversee the company's accounting operations.

Vince Ciccolini has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. Vince also has a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the University of Akron School of Law. In addition, they hold a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Ohio Accountancy Board and a License to Practice Law from the State of Ohio.
