Adam Aist is currently a Senior Associate at BrightTower, where Adam has been since September 2023. Prior to this role, Adam worked as an Investment Banking professional at Drake Star from January 2021 to August 2023, specializing in Technology M&A. Before Drake Star, Adam was with M&T Bank from July 2019 to December 2020, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. Adam holds a Master of Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland and a High School Diploma from Gilman School.
