Leah Jennings has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Leah began their career in 2002 with Erickson Living, where they worked as a Dining Services staff member responsible for overseeing the efficiency of the dining room and ensuring quality service to senior residents. Leah then transitioned to the role of Program Assistant, where they used their independent judgment to design, plan, and facilitate various structured and impromptu programs for residents. In 2013, they were promoted to Program Coordinator, leading programs independently and adapting programming based on the level of residents' impairment. From 2015 to 2019, Leah served as a Program Manager, planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing activity programs for Continuing Care. Leah was also responsible for marketing the philosophy of Continuing Care internally and externally. Most recently, Leah joined Laurel Circle in 2019 as the Director of Community Life Services, overseeing and providing operational oversight to various departments and developing relationships with external resources to provide comprehensive lifestyle programs to the residents.
