Kara Lynch Smith

Kara Lynch Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kara started their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Generalist at GZA GeoEnvironmental and worked there until 2008. After that, they joined Sovereign Bank as an Employee Relations Specialist and remained in that role until 2012. In 2012, Kara moved to Arbella Insurance Group, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for a year. Following that, they joined Vinfen in 2013 as a Senior Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2018. Currently, Kara is working as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Brightview Senior Living.

Kara Lynch Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from Suffolk University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Kara later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution at UMass Boston, attending the institution between 2001 and 2003. In 2010, Kara furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College, completing their studies in 2011.
