Sarah Janson

Sarah Janson has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Sarah started their career at Ask and Receive Allergy Antidotes as a Personal Assistant from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they joined Sunrise Senior Living as an Intern, where they assisted HR and Wellness offices and conducted activities with various communities. Sarah then became a Life Enrichment Manager, responsible for organizing activity programming for the Reminiscence Neighborhood, including one-on-one and group programming for dementia care residents.

In 2015, Sarah joined Brightview Senior Living as a Vibrant Living Director, where they oversaw the Vibrant Living Department at Brightview Randolph. Their responsibilities included creating a community programming calendar, budgeting for the programming department, managing social media accounts, and coordinating special events. Sarah was later promoted to Senior Vibrant Living Director before taking on the role of Learning and Development Specialist in 2022.
