Elly Zemetra

Elly Zemetra is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at BrightView Landscapes since January 2015, Elly is responsible for developing strategies to enhance team member experiences in attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining talent. Previously, Elly held roles such as Senior Director Talent, Director Talent Management, and Regional Human Resources Business Partner at BrightView, as well as managerial positions at ValleyCrest Companies and Warner Bros. Entertainment. Elly’s career began in recruiting roles at various companies, including Demand Media and NBC Universal. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate degree from Santa Monica College.
