Denise Glaser-Serrano

Denise Glaser-Serrano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2002, they worked as a 2nd-grade teacher at The Potomac School. Denise then moved to Trinity Episcopal School in 2003, where they spent eight years as a Spanish teacher. During their time there, they developed and delivered the Spanish curriculum for a K-8 push-in model. In 2014, Denise joined Charlotte Lab School as a Building Manager and Academic Services staff member. Denise held these positions until 2023, during which they also served as a Board Member from 2014 to 2016. In 2022, Denise became the Director of Operations at Charlotte Lab School. Denise is currently working at brightwheel as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, starting in May 2023.

Denise Glaser-Serrano obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Rockford University. Denise attended Rockford University from 1994 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University, attended from 2000 to 2001.
