Patrick T Holland, CMCA, AMS has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 1999 to 2002, they were an Assistant Property Manager at Garrison Square Management, where they supervised and coordinated all maintenance requests with maintenance personnel and prepared and presented monthly financial statements to the Board of Trustees. From 2002 to 2006, they were a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Riverstone Residential Group, where they managed a 149 unit Luxury Apartment residence in Morristown, NJ and assisted in managing over 400+ Apartment units located in Brookline, MA. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company, where they managed a 162 unit Luxury Apartment community located in Hull, MA. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Director of Community Operations at JPI Multifamily, where they managed (2) Luxury Apartment Communities located in Framingham, MA. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Director of Sales & Business Development at Mediate Management Company, where they were responsible for managing the day to day operations of management division that managed 200+ high end luxury boutique condominiums throughout downtown Boston totaling 3,000 units. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Real Estate Salesperson at RI Real Estate Services. Currently, they are the Associate Vice President of Condominium Management at Brigs, LLC.

Patrick T Holland, CMCA, AMS obtained their Diploma in Drafting and Architecture from Don Bosco Technical High School in 1994. In 1995, they attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst to pursue a degree in Business. In 2009, they were certified as a Certified Manager of Community Associations by The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Pool Operator certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. In 2021, they became a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a Rhode Island Notary for the Rhode Island Department of State.
